The LCARS skin was started with a specific purpose, for the group ST-RP. Being a Star Trek group we wanted to provide them with a theme that was fitting, functional and elegant. The header of the skin has been designed in Flash and animates, just as the standard LCARS do on the television series adding an extra touch of detail, whilst providing members with all the options they are accustomed to.

The LCARS skin also featured by default de-cluttered views, which removed various bloat from the interface of the board.
