My Apologies to anyone who recently signed up for an account to find it missing. We've recently (Along with many other IPB Forums) had a huge influx of spam bots, I guess they figured out how to cheat the old captcha tests.

We've now upgraded to the new version of IPB which uses a captcha script i've been using all year long (reCaptcha). Not only is it pretty hard, but it helps to decifier books whereby you're presented with two words to type and one of them is an unknown word from a book. If you get the captcha right the system will add your answer for the unknown word into its database, eventually able to work them out by tallying things up, Neat.
